Laboratory Technician

Description:

Lab Technician I Role.

• Glassware washing and laboratory support is an essential function for the client Site.

The Lab Technician I will be the laboratory support for the assay development R&D Labs. Their responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Glassware washing:

• Collecting dirty glassware from the labs
• Operating and maintaining the glassware washers
• Stocking the labs with cleaned glassware
• Keeping the glassware washing room neat and tidy

Lab Support:

• Log books for Water systems
• Satellite waste checking
• Replacement of biohazard waste bins in labs
• Clean up lab benches and shelving. Lab Cleanliness.
• Lab walkthroughs to escalate issues as needed

Notes:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8am-4:30pm with 1/2 hour lunch break

It will be filled by a part time contractor for 3 days a week, 8 hours a day.
