Description Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreaccording to established protocols.
• Assess results for precision, solve errors, and perform essential calibration and preventive maintenance on laboratory devices.
• Support specimen collection and ensure sample preparation for testing as required.
• Document procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality laboratory standards.
• Uphold a tidy and secure work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation criteria.

Education

• A Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a recognized equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Secure ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain ongoing certification throughout your career with us.
