Responsive recruiter Duties: Develop a work plan for a new real estate project. Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Provide technical advice to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, program modifications, or structural repairs. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, or other topographical or geologic data. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. Development and execution of the new Real Estate Business Unit plans. Look for and assess potential real estate construction sites (either damaged units or new construction lots). Negotiate and close acquisition deals of construction sites. Plan, negotiate and ensure execution of project funding, including finding and accessing possible investors for construction projects (banks, lenders, investment funds). Supervise execution of construction projects according to plan, including foreseeing obtention of licenses required to execute construction projects. Develop real estate sales and marketing plans, including supervising sales and marketing personnel. Ensure adequate execution of sales plans. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study. Two (2) years related experience as a General Manager, Sales Manager or related occupation. Experience is required and must include: Developing the commercial, financial and processing of new real estate projects; Finding and accessing potential real estate construction sites; Negotiating and closing acquisition deals of construction sites; Planning, negotiating and ensuring execution of project funding and obtaining licenses; and Presenting business plans to investors.
