If you're ready to be part of our legacy of hope and innovation, we encourage you to take the first step and explore our current job openings. Your best is waiting to be discovered.

Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)This role will enhance our capacity for high-quality research focused on improving communication with patients and their overall experience, improve project timelines, foster innovation, and ultimately contribute to superior patient outcomes. In the past, we have attempted to alleviate workload pressure by bringing in summer interns and utilizing our resource pool. While interns can provide valuable support, they often lack the experience and specialized training required to contribute to complex projects and require significant oversight and onboarding time.

In addition, collaboration with our ACES resource pool is costly and should be preserved for specific projects that require subject matter expertise. Benefits of adding this position include enhancing research productivity, particularly as we support and evaluate the clinical departmental incentive of resident communication coaching, improve the rigor and quality of our research in communication excellence and patient experience, and accelerate project timelines to enhance preeminence in our field in patient experience. Ultimately inclusion of this role will support execution of innovative research ideas, resulting in scalable solutions, as we partner with physician colleagues to improve care experience.
