Quality Control Specialist
Location: Holly Springs, NC (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to join their esteemed team in Holly Springs, North Carolina. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of quality systems within a dynamic and innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained across all operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment and validation of quality systems for our client.
Lead the qualification of eProcedures and manage template creation for specific reagents and consumables.
Provide support for incident management and application performance monitoring.
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
Train staff as new QC Laboratory systems are implemented.
Author and review technical documents and reports.
Skills Required:
Experience with implementing computerized laboratory systems.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Proficient in technical documentation.
Experience in system validation and configuration.
Prior involvement in global or cross-functional IT projects is a plus.
Qualifications:
Doctorate, Master's with 2 years of experience, Bachelor's with 4 years of experience, Associate's with 8 years of experience, or High School diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
