Job Description

As part of the antibody discovery group, this individual will perform an essential role to support early-stage discovery programs by transfection and qualification of antibody samples. They will be expected to perform routine culturing and maintenance of mammalian cell lines, maintain laboratory equipment, and record work in detailed electronic notebooks.

Summary of the Essential Functions of the Job:

Plan, perform, analyze, and document laboratory experiments Culture and maintain mammalian cell lines and perform transient transfection for antibody production Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies Troubleshoot and optimize workflows to improve their efficiency

Minimum requirements:

Knowledge and hands-on-experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique desired Experience with liquid handling automation a plus Strong organization, communication, and computer skills Flexible and enthusiastic in a fast paced biotech
