Quality Control Specialist

un Quality Control Specialist (Cape Cod, MA) compensation: $25-$50 per task or inspection Beacon Destinations is a short-term rental management company on Cape Cod. We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist who can inspect properties prior to guest arrivals, report issues and perform light maintenance tasks (e.g. - swap batteries, change lightbulbs, re-adhere soap dispenser bottles to shower to name a few). The properties are anywhere between Chatham and Sandwich. -Conduct quality control inspections after guest check-outs and report and/or resolve issues promptly before the next guest arrives. -Respond promptly to all assigned maintenance requests within time period assigned (generally 24 hours or less) -Work with Virtual Assistants to coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks -Perform routine maintenance tasks such as supply runs and drop offs, light painting, changing filters and light bulbs, etc; proactively prevent and address potential issues before they impact the guest stay The candidate must drive and have the ability to think proactively to help provide the best guest experience. post id: ... updated: [ ]
