MLT / MLS / Medical Laboratory Scientist II – Multiple Openings Location: Tiffin, OH Openings: 3 Full-Time Positions

Job Summary: A growing clinical laboratory near Tiffin, OH is actively hiring three skilled Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLT/MLS) for full-time roles. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment focused on delivering accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests in disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunology

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

• Record and evaluate data, ensuring quality and accuracy in all test results

• Adhere to all laboratory protocols, quality control procedures, and safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other lab staff

• Support training and development of new laboratory staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree (for MLT) or Bachelor’s degree (for MLS) in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• Certification through ASCP or equivalent preferred but not required

• Previous experience in a clinical lab is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
