Our client, a rapidly growing company in the food industry, is seeking a Food Scientist to join their team. As a Food Scientist, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**

+ Lead product development and reformulation projects from concept through commercialization.

+ Apply sensory science and food technology to support formulation and innovation across core categories.

+ Monitor and report the status of all active R&D projects, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.

+ Troubleshoot formulation and processing challenges by applying food science principles.

+ Mentor and train R&D Technicians, overseeing task assignments and skill development.

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

+ 35 years of experience in product development or a Masters degree with less experience.

+ Hands-on experience with bakery, dressings, marinades, sauces, or beverages.

+ Strong understanding of formulation, scale-up, and commercialization.

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
