Description What Youll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established procedures.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Assist with sample collection as required and prepare specimens for testing.
• Document procedures in detail, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining lab quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Hold an ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), obtained within one year from the date of hire.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
