  • Chemist, preferably PhD in Chemistry
  • 7+ years in Chemical Processing Industry
  • 7+ years in Process Development
  • Experience in Hindered Phenolic AOs
  • Experience in Organic Phosphite AOs

Key Job Responsibility 1: Process Development

Key Job Responsibility 2: Project Management

  • Develops a technical work plan with tasks, timeframes, milestones, and resources.
  • Responsible for technical project execution ( technical performance and timing) based on customer requirements.
  • Anticipates and responds effectively to unforeseen technical problems; identifies improvement areas and resolves barriers to task completion.
  • Provides data to update Project Management Tool to ensure data accuracy, helping plan and control the project.

  • Accomplishes all EHS training requirements in accordance with their scheduling.
  • Is knowledgeable of hazardous/non-hazardous waste generation practices.
