Senior Chemist

Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation is looking for Senior Chemist (3 Positions). Location of Employment: Cranbury, NJJob DutiesGuide junior chemists to perform routine sample test and method development on dissolution by using different dissolution apparatus, analyze the data and provide summary to client. Following cGMP requirement, design protocol and guide junior chemists to perform method transfer, method verification and method validation for chemical and biological sample analysis by using different advanced analytical techniques (HPLC,UPLC, GC-MS,, LC-MS/MS, Flow Cytometry, Particle size analyzer). Perform release and stability testing and manage the stability studies throughout the stability timepoints, track stability data and provide insight into stability characteristic of the drug product. Using laboratory information systems for study data management (OpenLab, and Empower). Direct junior chemists to prepare analytical protocols/reports/specifications/analysis certificates in compliance with cGMP/GLP/GCP. Provide technical support to junior chemists for troubleshooting/investigation during analytical study execution.Minimum Job Requirement Master's degree or equivalent in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, pharmaceutical chemistry, or a closely related field. Two-year chemical experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Chemist, Scientist, Associate Scientist or in a related occupation with all: 1) method validation using HPLC/UPLC in a GMP environment with Openlab and Empower, 2) independent method development using Sciex 7500 LC-MS/MS with Analyst and GC-MS, 3) particle size analysis using Mastersizer 3000+, 4) cell counting and viability analysis using BD Flow Cytometry.Job Type: 40 hrs, 5 days (Full-time)Please send resumes to Chelsie Zheng, Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation, ....
