VASE Construction is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager with an architectural background to join our team in New Haven, CT.

In this role, you'll work closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to bring high-quality designs to life across a variety of public and private sector projects. 3-5 years of post-graduation experience in design and management of construction projects, including educational or cultural buildings.

Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Strong design skills and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.

Experience managing design projects for firms and owners, with the ability to lead from a construction perspective.

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.

Experience with project management platforms such as Procore; Bluebeam experience is a required.

Skilled in documenting projects and workflows using project management software.
