What Youll Be Doing: In this role, youll be an essential part of our healthcare team. Youll collect, process, and analyze biological samples like blood, urine, and tissue. Using advanced laboratory equipment, youll ensure that all test results are accurate and reliable. Youll conduct routine tests that assist healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients, and document and report your findings in a timely and organized manner.

Youll also work to maintain a safe and compliant lab environment, ensuring that all activities follow regulatory guidelines and patient confidentiality is upheld at all times.

What Were Looking For: To be successful in this role, youll need an associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field. Recent grads or students nearing the completion of their MLT program are encouraged to apply! Certification through ASCP, AMT, or a similar body is preferred, but if youre working toward it, were happy to help you on that journey.

Were looking for someone who has a keen attention to detail, stays organized, and enjoys working as part of a team. Strong communication skills and comfort using computers for lab reporting and data entry will be important for success in this role.
