Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shifts: Evening and Night shifts available (with flexibility)
• Location: Indiana (specific location provided upon inquiry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in chemistry , hematology , microbiology , blood bank , and other key disciplines.
• Analyze and interpret test results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver accurate, timely test results.
• Follow established protocols for quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to team training, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field.
• Certification: MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) certification required.
• Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
