5) years of relevant experience in process engineering with exposure to process modeling with tools such as UniSim or Aspen HYSYS. Ability to develop chemical processes models from scratch. Experience with only review of process models will not be considered. Experience with making/preparing process/system design, including PFS, PEFS, PFDs, P&IDs, and the ability to design equipment. Demonstrated knowledge level for reading and preparing these diagrams with tools such as MS Visio and/or AutoCAD and/or equivalent Experience as a team member in capital projects through the several stages of project development including Front-End Loading (FEL) stages from FEL 0 to FEL 3, construction, commissioning and operations. Ability to prepare cost estimates (Class 5 to Class 4 as per AACE). Knowledge about hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, and synthetic fuels processes. Master competence level in Process Safety Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to subject and non-subject matter experts Strong project management and change management skills Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently during a given workweek Results and documentation-oriented work philosophy with great attention to detail and a desire to grow Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time to conferences, customer meetings, project sites, agencies, and internal meetings Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to rent and drive a car or travel on public conveyances when required We conduct pre-employment drug and background screening What Is Preferred Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering Demonstrated hands-on experience in process and project development **Immigration-related employment benefits, for example visa sponsorship, are not available for this position **
