The part time faculty members of Umpqua Community College are committed to facilitating learning using the most up to date pedagogy, technology, and discipline specific knowledge. All faculty are responsible for teaching in all modalities and keeping current in new modalities that develop in higher education. QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:

• Commensurate with State of Oregon requirements of respective academic and/or technical field:
• For General Education faculty, this is a Master's in the discipline or the equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years community college teaching experience
• A minimum of five years of verifiable experience related to the field.
• Online instruction experiences preferred, classroom teaching experience desirable.
