Shift : M-F | 8am-5pm A Direct Hire Opportunity Overview: Engage in research and experimentation for new product development and process improvements, with expertise in formulating cleaning products like all-purpose cleaners, degreasers, and disinfectants to meet green standards such as Green Seal and Ecologo. Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify product formulations and test methods, focusing on performance and compliance. Lead cost-saving efforts via reformulation and batch process improvement. Introduce new technology through industry engagement. Provide technical suggestions and assistance to various departments and external stakeholders. Review technical literature and qualify new materials. Collaborate cross-departmentally and ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, CARB, GHS, and EPA guidelines. Maintain a safe work environment and participate in field testing as required. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related field; 5+ years lab experience. Experience in quality control validations of raw materials and products. Proficiency in wet chemistry testing and use of analytical tools. Effective team player and leader, skilled in troubleshooting product issues. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work flexible hours.
