  • Food & Beverage Industry Experience

Education and Experience Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
  • 5+ years of quality, R&D or food manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with analytical methods such as HPLC, GC, IR or other laboratory instrumentation is preferred.
  • Creating and conducting experiments.
  • Conduct comprehensive laboratory testing, stability studies, and analytical evaluations.
  • Continuous Improvement experience.
  • Develops new products.
  • Assist in technical training and presentations.
  • Must have knowledge of cGMPs, Quality Concepts, and Microsoft Office.
  • Adhering to GMP and other safety regulations.
  • Formulations of new products.
  • Design and refine formulations for new products, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
  • Develop product prototypes and samples for testing and evaluation.
  • Enhance existing formulations to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and consumer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to establish statistically valid, customer-focused specifications.
  • Work alongside Environmental, Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive laboratory testing, stability studies, and analytical evaluations.
  • Familiarity with laboratory procedures & equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
