Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a background in plastics and validation to support production efficiency, process improvement, and equipment integration in a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Plastics Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)
Proficiency in test method validation
Understanding of equipment and process integration
Preferred Skills:
Experience in implementing process improvements and yield optimization
Familiarity with reviewing product development for process compatibility
Ability to assess material and equipment capabilities against target specifications
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques for existing product lines
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical and sustaining engineering support for manufacturing operations
Recommend and implement modifications to equipment and processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
Validate new and existing processes through IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
Review product development requirements to ensure manufacturing compatibility
Support continuous improvement initiatives and production yield enhancements
Integrate equipment and material capabilities to align with process and technology specifications
Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
