Manufacturing Chemical Operator

Pay:$17 per hour

Shift: 7 am-3 pm

As a Manufacturing Chemical Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting safe and efficient chemical operations, product preparation, and documentation. You'll be responsible for managing chemical tanks, performing manual product processing, and following strict safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Drain, clean, and refill aqueous tanks with accurate chemical and water mixtures
• Mix chemicals by manually lifting and pouring buckets (up to 25 lbs), sometimes above waist level
• Complete and maintain accurate records of all activities using a PC-based SAP system
• Perform masking of machined products by inserting plugs before processing
• Collect and dispose of scrap materials in proper recycling containers
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical-handling environment is preferred
