Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Scientist

The Medical Lab Technician/Medical Lab Scientist is responsible for performing and analyzing complex medical laboratory tests and procedures which require the exercise of independent judgment with supervision.
Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE - Thursday 6:30 - 15:00, Friday 06:30 - 15:00, Saturday 06:00 - 18:30 and Sunday 06:00 - 18:30 (Thursday and Friday can be flexible throughout the weekdays)
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
- Current certification as Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist (MLT/MLS) by the National Board of Registry, American Society Clinical Pathology (ASCP). If not present at hire, must have within one year of start date.
- Must have valid driver's license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines.
- Knowledge and skills sufficient to provide technical instructions and communicate and advise other departments on clinical laboratory procedures.
