Converting Process Engineer

Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. This person will serve as the technical bridge between our Customer, Sales team, Product management team and Operations team for Converting business. This is an Engineer with significant Converting experience who is primarily responsible for prototype scale-up and optimization of converted products.

Job Title: Converting Process Engineer

Location: Glen Rock , PA area

Whats the Job?

• Lead technical discovery for Converting application by scoping product requirements and creating product constructions and drawings for new applications.
• Create and modify product development strategies for new converted applications.
• Develop and maintain product costing for new and existing commercial opportunities.
• Design and source converting tooling required for new and existing Converting applications.

Whats Needed?

• Engineering Degree
• Technical knowledge of the converting processes and how to develop and troubleshooting processes
• Knowledge of die-cutting or laser-cutting
