Position Overview:

The Exploratory Biomarkers group is seeking an enthusiastic scientist who will be involved in protein biomarker discovery and analysis with the goals of understanding disease mechanisms, human target validation and drug effect evaluation. The scientist will contribute to projects by implementing cutting-edge affinity-based proteomic technologies (Olink, NULISA), as well as established technologies (MSD, Ella).

Required Skills:

Experience with high multiplex Olink and NULISA platforms is desirable but not required.

Experience with low plex and single plex immunoassays: Meso Scale Discovery, Ella.

Experience in handling biological materials (plasma, serum, CSF, tissues, etc.).

Lab automation (liquid handling workstations, plate washers).

Knowledge of R is a plus.

Strong organizational and record keeping skills; attention to detail and meticulousness are critical.

Basic Qualifications:

BS or MS Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related disciplines with minimum 2 years of experience in protein biomarker immunoassay development and implementation .

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered

sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
