- Perform LCMS test method development for drug testing in oral fluid and urine samples.
- Perform test method characterization (TMC) and validations (TMV) for LCMS product release of calibrators and controls.
- These cals and controls are used in conjunction with urine or oral fluid drugs of abuse assays run on clinical chemistry analyzers. Some of the assays are 510(k) cleared.
- Extensive hands-on LCMS method development and validation experience
- Competent in bench work, pipetting
- Experience with sample preparation techniques, such as solid phase extraction, filtration
- Familiar with Shimadzu-LCMS
- Ideally, the candidate would have direct experience with:
- Shimadzu LCMS
- Hamilton liquid handler, such as STAR, STARlet, or Nimbus
- DPX Tips for solid phase extraction or filtration
- Working in FDA regulated environment
