Job Code:25-105 Location:Arlington, VA FT/PT Status:Full Time Required Clearance:Top Secret SCI ACO Advanced Resilience is seeking experienced Technical SETA candidates to provide on-site support to the Advanced Resilience portfolio in the area of next-generation classified network development for enterprise-scale computing and operational functions. Successful candidates will provide expert technical advice and guidance to the government on all aspects of enhancing resilience and survivability against sophisticated cyber and physical threats. Candidates will support development of secure, variable-trust networks of decentralized services with novel interaction models, at enterprise scale across a wide variety of transport types and levels of service. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, assessing performer technical progress, projecting performer outcomes, and ensuring that project management best practices are followed by performers. The candidate will prepare and deliver technical reports, briefings, and presentations to government officials and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise and experience in network engineering of DOD classified networks, notably the design, implementation, operations, and maintenance of enterprise, tactical, or expeditionary communications networks. The candidate will evaluate emerging technologies, monitor development of novel solutions, and contribute to the development of resilient classified networks, services, endpoints, and architectures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in network development, network security, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise systems
• Substantial experience with decentralized software services across a wide variety of transport types and levels of service.
• Substantial experience with system and network architecture, including performance and scalability assessment, design, and testing
• Substantial experience with decentralized software services, federated software services, service discovery, and peer-to-peer networks
• Experience with classified enterprise network security, VPNs, Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), Multi-Level Security (MLS) systems, and encryption/COMSEC devices
• Experience with tunable data transport, dynamic networking and traffic engineering, software-defined network, and/or multipath transport agnostic service distribution.
• Experience developing and deploying large geographic scale enterprise and/or expeditionary networks.
• Experience with the engineering of enterprise networks and services such as JWICS, SIPRNet.
• Experience with wide variety of computing and networking hardware, from personal device to server form factors
• Ability to work with little oversight to achieve team goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A high degree of initiative, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
• Familiarity with general systems engineering principles for management of complex systems development.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with classified network accreditation and required DOD cybersecurity activities
• Experience with Clandestine or Covert Operations (Desired)
• Experience with Cyber Operations (Desired)
• Experience working with Special Access Programs (SAPs)/CAPs.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
