Supports the administrative functions of Radiology's clinical and preclinical research projects. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing research-related materials. Will assist with document preparation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication between team members. Also helps support Radiology administrative office with various administrative tasks.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Business Administration, Public Administration, Basic Science, or related field.

Proficient with software applications stated, ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and requests from faculty and department supervisor. Able to efficiently meet deadlines, and be an excellent communicator who can effectively relate and understand the needs of faculty, supervisor, department administrator and chair. Ability to courteously and professionally answer, screen and transfer calls, good writing and English grammar skills, ability to work independently.
Medical terminology, proficient in typing and keyboarding with good accuracy rating, fundamental knowledge of letter, memo and email correspondence, excellent oral and written communication skills, professional office environment.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent If any degree/training is preferred, please specify the type:
Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with administrative research tasks, Radiology, and administrative medical field experience.
