Pay: $17-19/hr.
Terms: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
Responsibilities:
Support laboratory operations through general maintenance of laboratory and supply storage areas, equipment, instruments, and supplies.
Use general lab methods, techniques, equipment, and instrumentation in compliance with quality assurance programs and standard operating procedures.
Retrieve samples from Sample Control for analysis.
Perform sample preparation including but not limited to: aliquot samples, spike and trace samples, prepare reagents, bottle samples, prepare concentrations, separation, sonication, liquid rack set up.
Resolve discrepancies and anomalies to ensure samples are properly labeled.
Prepare general lab paperwork such as recording analysis results, tracking samples, bench sheets, and lab logbooks.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
5-7 years of experience required
