Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 / year

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer-Geotechnical, to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga.
Responsibilities:
  • Project scoping, pricing, and proposal preparation
  • Performing and managing geotechnical and/or geological engineering field investigations and numerical analyses including drilling, instrumentation, and construction quality assurance
  • Oversee team providing remote sensing, subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, numerical modeling, instrument tasks; for risk assessments, site characterization, design, construction-phase observation and testing, and forensic phases
  • Preparing and coordinating the integration of design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, construction cost estimates, reports, and permit applications
  • Help manage projects successfully to achieve goals for technical quality, budget control, schedule compliance, client satisfaction, and profitability
  • Communication of findings and recommendations, including technical report preparation and client discussions
  • Staff management and mentoring


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in geotechnical engineering or related degree; Masters degree preferred
  • Current California P.E. registration (California G.E. preferred)
  • 7 plus years of relevant experience in a consulting setting
  • An outstanding track record for client management, business development, and technical leadership
  • OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER
