Senior Scientist, Translational Medicine 2075041Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)Science: Small MoleculeJob Overview: In this role, you will lead the development and execution of translational and biomarker strategies for allergy and immunology programs to advance preclinical and clinical-stage research.Primary Job Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of biomarker strategies to drive clinical and preclinical advancements in allergy and immunology.Optimize translational research by integrating data analysis, experimental design, and cross-functional collaboration.Manage external CRO partnerships to ensure high-quality biomarker validation and execution in clinical trials.Provide strategic leadership within project teams, translating scientific insights into actionable program decisions.Identify emerging technologies and partnerships to enhance biomarker discovery and translational medicine efforts.Primary Job Requirements:Education: PhD in Allergy & Immunology or related field; 4-6 years biopharma experience.Apply molecular and cellular assays (PCR, NGS, Western blotting) for biomarker validation.Use advanced analytics (Prism, Excel) to drive translational research decisions.Collaborate with CROs and central labs for high-quality biomarker analysis.Integrate PK/PD relationships for efficacy readouts in in vivo models.Advance personalized medicine and companion diagnostics in biomarker-driven drug development.About Stratacuity: Whether you are seeking a career change or simply interested in becoming part of our network, you will appreciate the ethics guiding each Stratacuity team member.
