Travel Clinical Laboratory Tech (Medical Lab Technician)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Medical Lab Technician

Shift : Variable Nights / 8x5, 40 hrs per week

Length : 13-week assignment Likely to extend

Training will be Mon - Friday starting at 6.30 am or 7 am for 6-8 weeks of the assignment and then we'll switch to midnight

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience (in hematology preferred)
• Previous hematology experience Tech certification Experience with fluid cell counts & differentials
• Completion of accredited Bachelors Degree program in medical technology, medical laboratory sciences, or clinical laboratory sciences
• Bachelors degree in chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology may be considered if completed coursework aligns with the duties of the specific Medical Technologist position
• BLS
• Certification at the technologist level from a nationally recognized agency, such as ASCP, NCA
• Coursework completed outside of the US must be verified by a NACES approved credential evaluation service
• Hematology Specialist Certification preferred
