Job Description

• Plan, perform, and complete analytical projects under direct or general supervision.
• Conduct method development, feasibility studies, method validation, and method transfer activities.
• Independently perform laboratory tests to determine physical and chemical characteristics of samples.
• Analyze data and interpret results with minimal supervision.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments including but not limited to:
  • HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Disintegration, IC, TLC, Titration, Specific Rotation, KF, FT-IR, LOD, Friability, UV/Vis, ICP, MS, CVAA.
• Utilize data acquisition and instrument operating software (e.g., Turbochrom, Cerity, WinLab).
• Begin to perform technical assessments and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with standard laboratory practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment and a degree of independence in daily tasks.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

• Prepare, make, and test batch and finished products.
• Perform routine and non-routine testing to identify and resolve quality or stability issues.
• Serve as the main technical representative for select accounts.
• Respond to client emails and participate in status phone calls.
• Oversee product and sampling requests from ideation to production.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 13 years of relevant laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
• Familiarity with cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
