Job Description As a Drug Substance Manufacturing Scientist II, you will conduct verifications, validations, and qualifications for small molecule drug substances using advanced techniques such as HPLC. You will engage in developmental work on small molecule drug substances using GC, spectroscopy, GC/MS, and LC/MS, while troubleshooting and suggesting improvements based on your prior experience. Responsibilities
- Perform verifications, validations, and qualifications for small molecule drug substances using HPLC.
- Engage in developmental work on small molecule drug substances using GC, spectroscopy, GC/MS, and LC/MS.
- Troubleshoot developmental methods and suggest improvements.
- Report data in the required controlled format for review.
- Experience with method development, API, and drug substances.
- Proficiency in GMP, HPLC, and GC.
- 5+ years of experience working in a GMP laboratory with analytical instrumentation.
- Experience in a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO).
- Proficiency in EMPOWER III.
- Technical writing experience.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry or Life Science.
