Pay Range:$31.85-$45.50/Hrs

Description:
* Govern the routine of creating, editing, approving, testing, and maintaining fraud controls and quality assurance.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with various business lines to understand operations.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews.
* Perform independent research and testing.
* Create routines for issue escalation.
* Communicate professionally to management for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate within the business line to understand operations and associated regulations.
* Perform quality assurance reviews on senior analysts.
* Conduct independent research and testing to ensure control functionality.
* Create and manage routines for escalating issues.
* Provide objective communication to all management levels for improvement.

Qualifications:
* Experience in quality assurance and fraud control.
* Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
* Ability to collaborate with various business lines.
* Excellent communication skills.
