Job Description
Required Education.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or other related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience/Qualifications.
5 years of practical laboratory experience needed.
Completed training as a biology laboratory assistant (m/f) or medical-technical assistant (m/f).
Experience in the use of analytical instruments and reagents.
Experience with Client systems like Atellica Solution, Atellica CI-1900, IMMULITE 2000 XPi, or ADVIA Centaur are highly appreciated.
Experience with the Microsoft package.
Responsibilities.
Providing high-quality complaint-handling support for a wide range of laboratory systems.
Independent planning, measurement, testing, and summarization of laboratory tests.
Cross-functional coordination of complex test plans in an international environment.
Documentation of complaints in various database systems.
Management of the reagents necessary for the investigation.
Requalification of laboratory systems and laboratory equipment.
