Quality Control Technician

Now Hiring Quality Control Technician in York, PA! First Shift Opportunity: M-Th 6a-4:30pm Growth Opportunity! Pay range: $20-$29 based on experience Responsibilities Collaborate with the Quality Manager to uphold quality standards across the manufacturing facility. Conduct regular inspections on the shop floor to verify product quality and compliance with standards. Work closely with floor associates; assemblers, operators, and welders to ensure adherence to quality guidelines. Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators. Read and interpret blueprints Communicate effectively with production-level associates to identify and resolve quality issues. Essential Skills Strong mathematical skills, comfortable with algebra. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation purposes. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted repeatedly throughout shifts. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers. Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing quality inspection is a major plus. Familiarity with CMM and Faro Arm technologies. Understanding of shop math and close tolerances. Work Environment Manufacturing environment The facility operates on a first shift from Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
