A leading biotech and diagnostic company is looking for a Fermentation or Protein Purification Scientist to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity to work for a company that values quality standards in the healthcare industry.

We are targeting sharp professionals with the following 3 skills:

Fermentation and/or protein purification experience

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or similar

Laboratory skills including pipetting, aseptic technique, autoclaves

Schedule: 1st shift

Pay: $25-$33/hr (depending on years of experience)

Scientist Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare solutions including acids and bases and perform protein purification utilizing chromatographic techniques.

Batching, sterilization, inoculation, monitoring, harvesting, and cleaning of fermenters.

Aseptic handling and testing of bacterial cultures.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation.

Scientist Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related

2+ years of laboratory experience (pipetting, aseptic technique, fume hoods, autoclave)

Fermentation/protein purification experience is a plus!
