Then keep reading - you've come to the right place.Role DescriptionWe are seeking Process Engineers to join our Assembly Manufacturing Engineering team. Together, we're responsible for designing, developing, optimizing and scaling up a new class of battery manufacturing processes for Form Energy's Iron-Air multi-day battery.As a Staff Process Engineer, you will design novel manufacturing processes for the core battery assembly technologies with a focus on various plastic welding techniques. Your contributions will enable operational success of our Iron-Air Battery assembly processes as a whole. Your hands-on experience developing new technologies from concept to scaled implementation, data driven and a proactive, interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving, will enable you to be successful in this position.Your work will make a significant and daily impact on cutting-edge battery technology that will revolutionize the electric grid and bring major change to grid reliability and sustainability.
