Meet is working with an innovative pre-IPO biotech looking to hire a Scientist I to join their team! Responsibilities: Design, execute, and analyze experiments focused on human immune cell function and disease mechanisms. Utilize multi-color flow cytometry for data acquisition and analysis of immune cell populations. Perform whole blood assays, functional assays with primary human immune cells, and ELISA to assess immune responses. Lead projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to strategic research initiatives. Interpret and present data to internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records and contribute to scientific publications and patents. Identify and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to advance research goals. Write study reports and collaborate with the Translational and Regulatory teams to support the preparation and submission of Investigational New Drug (IND) packages Mentor junior research scientists Qualifications: Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of postdoctoral experience in industry or an M.S. degree with significant industry experience. Strong expertise in T and B cell immunology; experience in myeloid and granulocyte biology is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of scientific innovation. Experience with immunohistochemistry, ELISPOT, molecular biology techniques (e.g., real-time PCR), and single-cell RNA analysis preferred. Please apply directly if your experience aligns!
