A Senior Process Chemical Engineer is needed for a leading EPC firm in Greenville, SC. The Senior Process Engineer will lead the development of construction and design documents for industrial manufacturing capital projects. This role involves direct collaboration with clients during the planning and preconstruction phases to define scopes and generate key deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support front-end and detailed design through to construction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 8+ years of experience in process design within the specialty chemical, films and fibers, or nonwovens industries. A PE license is preferred. Skills in process simulation, hydraulic and pressure relief calculations, and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) are essential. This is a full-time, office-based role (hybrid) with occasional site visits. Travel may be required based on project needs. Relocation can be budgeted for qualified candidates.

  • Provide leadership in a multidisciplinary design environment, mentoring junior engineers

  • Support field operations and ensure alignment between design and construction
