Design and drive security improvements across a range of initiatives with a focus on building out an account management program. Manage and restrict user access to various resources like servers, AWS resources, and DBs to ensure least privilege access. Automate user access provisioning while enabling end users to request the access they need via self-service mechanisms. Design and implement processes for various initiatives like periodic access reviews, role change scenarios and orphan account management. Develop and implement tooling to trace a complete audit trail account activity and access level changes to assist in investigations and/or compliance audits. Define security policies for access management and document appropriate provisioning tools to be used for different access. Develop strategies for various organization wide initiatives and drive projects related to improving account security. Analyze access patterns of applications to develop access models using RBAC/ABAC for better access management. Enhance current access management tools to meet compliance and security requirements while achieving various operational efficiencies. $166,600 - $250,600/yr.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 - $250,600/yr., and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
