Summary: Seeking a Chemical Operator/Batchmaker I responsible for handling chemicals safely, following SOPs, and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Experience with chemicals or light chemical manufacturing preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Basic math skills required
- Familiarity with lock-out, tag-out procedures
- Understanding of hazard communication policies
- Must have corrected 20/20 vision and full range of motion
Responsibilities:
- Add raw materials to mixers following batch instruction sheets
- Handle chemicals safely according to SOPs and company policies
- Maintain good housekeeping in work area
- Report inventory movements and quality control sampling results
- Assist in training new personnel on safe equipment operation
Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
