Chemical Operator/Batchmaker I

Summary: Seeking a Chemical Operator/Batchmaker I responsible for handling chemicals safely, following SOPs, and maintaining quality standards.

• Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Experience with chemicals or light chemical manufacturing preferred
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Basic math skills required
  • Familiarity with lock-out, tag-out procedures
  • Understanding of hazard communication policies
  • Must have corrected 20/20 vision and full range of motion

• Responsibilities:

  • Add raw materials to mixers following batch instruction sheets
  • Handle chemicals safely according to SOPs and company policies
  • Maintain good housekeeping in work area
  • Report inventory movements and quality control sampling results
  • Assist in training new personnel on safe equipment operation

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
