Job Summary: You will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping parts and products to support a Data Center. You will work within a highly automated system, using RF guns and following the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and process orders. You will need experience with various computer systems to track work. This is a full-service role, which includes not only operating equipment but also ensuring the warehouse remains clean and organized. When there are no orders to process, youll be expected to use that time productively by honing your skills, cleaning your designated area, or supporting the team in other ways.

Responsibilities

• Use RF guns and WMS (similar to SAP) to track inventory and process orders
  
• Keep assigned work area clean and organized, performing general warehouse maintenance during slower periods
  
• Work as part of a team, assisting others, and contributing to the overall success of the warehouse
  
• Demonstrate patience and initiative be ready to shift gears when work demands increase, but also make productive use of slower periods
  
• Participate in team-building activities, such as Friday cornhole, and maintain a positive, supportive attitude towards colleagues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• 6+ months of quality and/or inventory control experience
  
• Strong computer skills (must be comfortable using technology such as RF guns and WMS systems like SAP)
  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a tech-heavy, high-speed environment
  
• Strong communication skills able to collaborate with team members and supervisors
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality protocols
  
• Ability to handle both fast-paced and slower periods effectively
  
• Positive attitude and strong team culture fit willingness to support your colleagues and participate in company activities
