JOB SUMMARY A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available immediately for two-three years for a project on food quality issues with pecans at the Agricultural Research Station under the College of Agriculture, Family Sciences and Technology. MAJOR DUTIES Conducting experiments related to the project's objectives. Responsible for analyzing research data and interpreting results. Responsible for preparing technical reports and submitting manuscripts in a timely manner for both project documentation and peer-reviewed publication. Train and mentor graduate students involved in the research. Assist in writing research proposals to support ongoing and future projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology or a closely related field.
