Position Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and administer Salesforce platform and integrate with other Amazon databases/systems. Maintain the companys relationship with Salesforce.com and lead the setup and administration of Salesforce Unlimited. Build customized solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, JavaScript, and other technologies. Create Salesforce.com design specs and configure Salesforce.com objects, fields, and functionality. Gather and evaluate complex business and technical requirements and communicate security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners. Set best practices including application development and integration, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement. Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, and implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration. Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support rapid organizational scaling. Perform Salesforce.com systems maintenance, environment refresh, and data integration. Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation.

Position Requirements:

Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, as a Salesforce Platform Developer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, as a Salesforce Platform Developer, or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: 1) designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications; 2) experience with integrations, third-party integration tools, and integration patterns using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, or related; 3) understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce CRM; 4) using ETL with Salesforce; 5) creating custom components within Salesforce Lightning Design System; and 6) presenting data to business and technical teams. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
