Our lab is where creativity meets chemistry, and we're looking for a meticulous and motivated Fragrance Lab Technician to join our team.

What You'll Do

As a Fragrance Lab Technician, you'll play a key role in the formulation and preparation of fragrance samples. You'll work hands-on with raw materials, lab equipment, and proprietary formulas to ensure every blend meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound and mix fragrance formulas based on detailed specifications.
• Handle a wide range of raw materials, ensuring proper measurement, mixing, and homogeneity.
• Operate lab equipment such as precision scales, pipettes, and mixers with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment.
• Support the fragrance development team with sample preparation and documentation.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical compounding.
• Experience with compounding, pouring, and handling small quantities of materials.
• Bilingual proficiency (a plus for communication in a diverse team environment).
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and accuracy.
• Familiarity with raw materials used in fragrance or personal care products.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and manage time effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
