Be the subject matter expert on complex castings - high-pressure die casting, semi-permanent molding, and more ? Partner with design and manufacturing teams to ensure materials and processes deliver superior quality and performance ? Develop and enforce material/process standards and qualification protocols ? Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to solve tough casting challenges ? Drive technology advancements and optimize processes with CAE simulations and physical testing What You Bring: ???? 5+ years of hands-on experience in casting and process engineering ???? Deep understanding of process-structure-property relationships and manufacturing methods ???? Expertise in casting flow simulation to reduce defects and boost yield ????
