Our client is looking to fill the role of Principal Scientist I/II/III - Analytical Development. Salary: $135-$175k Responsibilities: Lead analytical method development, transfer, and troubleshooting for cell and gene therapy products, ensuring quality and stability. Collaborate with Quality Control and Process Development to enhance analytical strategies, improve efficiency, and strengthen product performance. Define methodologies for cellular and viral characterization, author regulatory documentation, and support investigations. Maintain a transparent work environment and communicate challenges effectively. Requirements: Education: B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in cell and gene therapy industry. Expertise in analytical techniques (flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR), cell culture, and viral vector methodologies. Knowledge of QbD, DOE, and regulatory concepts preferred. GMP familiarity a plus.
