Pride Health is looking for a Medical Lab Scientist I in Indianapolis, IN!

This exciting 6-month contract offers the opportunity to work in a leading biopharma laboratory, supporting critical safety testing and sample analysis.

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46214

Shift Details:

Monday - Friday | 8AM - 5PM

40 hours per week

Role and Responsibilities:

Perform basic and advanced laboratory procedures by established protocols (training provided as needed)

Accurately pipette and prepare samples using 96-well plates for analysis

Support LC-MS/MS testing processes with guidance from senior lab staff

Enter and review data within the Laboratory Information System (LIS)

Follow all safety and quality protocols to ensure accurate and compliant results

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field

Familiarity with pipetting techniques and general lab workflows

Exposure to LC-MS/MS instrumentation or interest in learning

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to work in a fast-paced lab setting
