We are looking for a talented Workday Integration developer to join the People Technology team involved in managing large-scale company initiative.
The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity
• Provide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday Integration system

o Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting

• Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes
• Support test scripts creation relevant to the change/project
• Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements
• Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.
• Ability to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projects

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Using custom connectors
• Team leaders will be providing the work for the team
• Part of the scrum team
• Day to Day with Scrum lead
• Lots of different projects going on simultaneously
• BAU supporting daily over 200 applications
• Not one specific project
• Worker will be assigned projects and day to day incidents
• Building new integrations, transforming old integrations
• Building new integrations from scratch
• Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity

• Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment
• Integration configuration skills Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
• Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration a bonus
• Advanced Reporting Writer skills
• Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
• Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system
